How do I enroll in classes?
Enrolling in our Jiu-Jitsu classes is simple. You can either click here or visit our facility during our operating hours, and our staff will be happy to guide you through the enrollment process. Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, we have classes tailored to meet your needs.
What types of training and services are available?
Magnus offers comprehensive training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, de-escalation strategies for individuals and teams, and specialized church security strategies. It also covers room and building clearing techniques, self-defense and situational awareness, and officer survival tactics to ensure preparedness in high-stress situations.
How much do Jiu-Jitsu classes cost?
Magnus Training Academy offers the following pricing for its services, subject to change: Adult (18+) Jiu-Jitsu memberships are $135, while kids' (ages 6-17) memberships are $115. A 25% discount is available for each additional family member. First responders and military personnel can join for $90. Self-defense and awareness classes are priced at $50 per participant, and specialized courses will be priced based on specific requirements.
What are the class structures and schedules?
The program's class structure includes Jiu-Jitsu classes offered three days a week, while self-defense, awareness, and specialized classes will be scheduled periodically. Class times are set with kids' sessions from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and adult sessions from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The class schedule runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with an open mat available on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until completion.
